Are your Tibia Coins transferable?

Yes, fully. You can immediatly trade or gift them to other characters or accounts as you normally would.

What payment methods do you support?

Currently we accept: SEPA Bank transfer, Pay By Bank, iDeal, Przelewy24. We’ll expand this over time based on what players need most.

How fast will I receive my coins?

At checkout, you’ll see either "Your product is in-stock" or "Your product is in backorder". If it’s in stock, you’ll get your Tibia game codes right after payment, which you can redeem on Tibia.com. If it’s in backorder, your coins will be delivered directly to your Tibia character typically within 24 hours. Since we process these orders manually, timing may vary.

Are your coins eligible for the Recruiter Outfits?

Yes. We provide official Tibia Coin codes that you redeem on tibia.com. These are treated like any regular Store purchase, so they can count toward the Recruiter Outfit and its addons when applicable.

Do you also buy spare Tibia Coins?

No. We only sell official Tibia products purchased directly from CipSoft, so we don’t buy or trade player-owned coins.

Can I get a refund?

If there’s ever an issue, reach out. If we haven’t delivered the coins yet, we’ll be happy to refund your payment. Once coins are delivered, refunds aren’t possible.


I’m seeing “The gift code you are trying to use is invalid.”

This usually happens when you try to redeem a game code as a gift code. Make sure you’re using the correct form on Tibia.com → Account → Redeem Game Code. Once entered there, it should work right away.

If you’re sure you used the right form, check your Tibia Coin history, sometimes the code has already been redeemed successfully and the coins are already on your account.

I haven’t received my coins yet, but my payment went through.

If your order shows as backorder, delivery can take up to 24 hours since those are processed manually. If it’s been longer than that, just let us know and we’ll check it right away.

My payment hasn’t cleared yet, what should I do?

Some payment methods, like SEPA Bank transfer or Pay by Bank, can take longer to process depending on your bank. When the payment clears, we’ll begin processing your order. If you think it’s taking unusually long, reach out and we’ll take a look.

How long are in-stock codes reserved during payment?

When you start checkout for an in-stock product, we reserve your game code for 15 minutes while the payment completes. If the payment isn’t confirmed in time (for example with SEPA Bank transfer or Pay by Bank), the code may return to stock, and your order could switch to backorder depending on availability.
