How does it work?

If your product is in-stock you will receive a game code you can use to claim your product. To redeem your purchase visit the Tibia.com website and follow these steps to navigate to the enter your game code page.

1. Tibia.com → Login
2. Select “Manage Account”
3. Scroll down to “Products Available” → “Use Game Code”
   
4. Enter your code, hit “Next”
   

If your product is in backorder your purchase will be delivered directly to your Tibia character within 24 hours after payment.
